We promise to replace any faulty or damaged product that we deliver to you. If you want to return a faulty or damaged product, you need to inform us within 7 days through our “contact us” webpage, where we explain our requirements for returning such goods. If you change your mind, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of ordering it, provided it is new, unused, and unopened. You will have to pay for the shipping, and we will deduct a restocking fee of 25% for bulky items like toilets, baths, vanities, and basins, and 20% for tapware and accessories.

We do not accept returns for glass products under any circumstances. All returns, and exchanges must be approved in writing by emailing support@cobuilds.com.au.

Refunds may take up to 30 working days to process. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, and we will not refund any damaged items. If we are unable to replace or exchange returned goods at the time of return, we will reimburse your credit card for the initial amount debited for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges.
