We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days, through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods. For any change of mind returns, cancellations or exchanges they must be returned within 30 days of ordering in new, un-used and un-opened condition, at your expense, for a refund to be considered. We charge a 25% re-stocking fee on all bulky goods, toilets, baths, vanities and basins and 20% on tapware and accessories. Please note we do NOT accept return on glass products under any circumstances. All returns, cancellations and exchanges must be approved and requests made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org to be considered. Refunds can take up to 30 working days to be processed. (please note we do not take responsibility for any goods damaged in transit when returning and no refunds will be paid if returned goods are damaged in transit).
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
